To celebrate National Hamburger Month, we have one of our biggest collaborations yet. Comedy Icon Marc Maron has teamed up with The Oinkster to create:
“The Maron” - 6oz. Nebraska Angus Beef Patty stuffed with Chorizo Queso Fundido, sitting on a bed of Escabeche (Housemade Pickled Onions, Carrots & Jalapenos) Lettuce, Chipotle Aioli, topped with New Mexico Green Chile Relish.
The burger was created in celebration of our neighbor Marc’s big month. His book entitled Attempting Normal is out today and his new scripted TV series MARON debuts on IFC this Friday. Marc has been a longtime Highland Park resident and supporter of ours, making the collaboration a no brainer!
We went all out and shot some of our craziest .gifs/pics for this collaboration, so be on the lookout for those. We’re also going to be running tons of contests, so stay tuned!!!
